About Me

 

I can remember being a child, looking into the mirror, and being SO unhappy with the way my body looked. When I say child, I’m talking 12-15 years old. I was always very involved in sports and was technically never overweight, but like many of us, I struggled with severe body image distortion. Struggling with body image distortion led me to very unhealthy eating habits of either starving myself or overeating. It took me a long time to realize that if I wanted to achieve the body that I wanted, I couldn’t be a cardio bunny who starved herself.

Fast forward to my freshman year in college – I finally got off of the cardio machines and put more time into the weight room, I finally decided to ask for help. I started learning more and more about fitness and nutrition; and the more I learned, the more my unhealthy obsession started to become my passion. I became certified as a personal trainer and decided to pursue my Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Health.

As I started seeing changes in my body, my friends and family started seeing them too and began asking me to help them reach their goals. Being able to help my friends and family with their fitness goals made me realize how much I wanted to help people all around the world achieve their dream body and become more confident in themselves.

One of the most important things I’ve learned throughout my journey is that consistency is key. Your body will not change overnight; it takes A LOT of hard work and dedication. But one thing is for sure; you do not have to deprive yourself of anything to reach your goals. Food is your friend – balance is your friend. I’ve designed these programs specifically to challenge yourself and help you meet your fitness goals. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way!
